I've been going to Jackson for over 15 years. I keep coming back because they have great pricing, the staff is always friendly, from the sweet women at the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors. Some days they are crazy busy but they work really hard for a minimal wait. Most of the time there is little to no wait. I get the best of care for my dogs and feel like everyone there takes the time to listen to my concerns and doesn't try to rush me out. With COVID they are still all wearing masks even though it's not required anymore and that makes me feel a lot more comfortable coming in. There have been a few times when my dogs have had major issues that were beyond the scope of what they can treat so they sent me elsewhere. But I always come back for the follow-up appointments to this clinic. Just recently my dogs eye was all red and puffy when he woke up and they got me in within 30 minutes of my call.

My grandpup sees Dr.Partch. He's kind of a handful but she is so understanding... Diesel had all his shots and is set for awhile. Some confusion checking in but we worked that out and they got us in. I'm pretty happy with this visit and I believe his parents are too... Thank you!
